I am Dr. R.K Tandon, Chairman, Kamal & Trinity Group of Institutes. With a demonstrated history of working primarily in the education sector, I am proficient in skills like Entrepreneurship, Team Building, Public Speaking, Management and Strategic Planning. I am a strong business development professional with a rich and diverse experience of more than two decades behind me.
I am a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D. in Education) from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. I have established and am spearheading many successful ventures across different fields.
In the field of Education, Kamal Educational and Welfare Society (KEWS) was established in 1977 by my beloved father Late Shri O.P. Tandon with the noble objective of establishing and running educational institutions from Pre-School Education to Research Institutions to promote quality education in Delhi and NCR. Under his visionary guidelines and following his values today.
All that I endeavour is envisioned with a sole objective in mind “Service Before Self”. In the field of education, I work tirelessly to provide reliable, innovative, inclusive & cost effective education to empower masses. It is with the vision to transform lives that I endeavour all philanthropic and community service as a small contribution towards nation building and societal upliftment at large.

This adage is the guiding light of my life as an educationist. I feel eclectic to be involved in the subject of education for so many years now since it has given me a platform to celebrate some positive and radical change in this industry. It feels immensely gratifying to be the catalyst of change in the field of education. I am honoured to get recognition and accolades in this domain, which motivates me to work even harder.

ENGAGEMENTS
I have established many ventures in different fields like Education- Several schools like -Kamal Public School, Daisy Dales International, St. Peters Convent schools in Vikaspuri are flourishing high. I have also started 2 colleges namely Trinity Institute of Professional Studies in Dwarka and Trinity Institute of Innovations in Professional Studies in Greater Noida, both of which are affiliated with GGSIPU, are expanding rapidly and garnering recognition. I am also working as the Director in Real Estate, LLP & in NBFC approved by RBI & ROC. I have formed Shri Sachidanad Satguru Sainath Trust to help underprivileged people.

I feel fortunate to serve the society and helping others at a large level by donating food, clothes, stationary and other medical facilities also.
